单纯PPH和PPH结合痔切除术治疗环状混合痔术后并发症的比较

Treated by PPH and PPH Combined with Hemorrhoidectomy for Postoperative Complications in Circumferen- tial Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）结合痔切除术预防与控制术后并发症的效果，将242例重度环状混合痔患者分为单纯PPH组57例和PPH结合痔切除术组185例。结果显示，PPH结合痔切除术组在术后出血、痔核脱垂等方面优于PPH组。结果表明，采用PPH结合痔切除术治疗环状混合痔，只要规范手术操作就能有效预防和减少术后并发症的发生。

This study was to observe PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy for the prevention and control of postoperative complications,242 cases of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divid- ed into PPH group （ n = 57）and PPH combination hemorrhoidectomy group（ n = 185）. The results showed that PPH combination hemorrhoidectomy group was superior to PPH group in postoperative bleeding,pro- lapse of hemorrhoids. It is concluded that PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is able to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications as long as the surgery is performed standardizedly.
