小切口外剥内扎与皮桥重建术治疗环状混合痔30例疗效观察

Small Incision External Dissection and Internal Ligation with Skin Bridge Reconstruction for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids：Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

针对外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的不足，通过对环状混合痔手术方式的改良，以促进创口愈合、减少术后并发症的发生。比较外剥内扎术（对照组）与小切口外剥内扎及皮桥重建术（治疗组）术后并发症的发生率。结果显示，两组在术后疼痛、肛门水肿、创面愈合时间、肛门狭窄等方面，治疗组均优于对照组。结果表明，小切口外剥内扎与皮桥重建术治疗环状混合痔，可显著减少痔术后并发症的发生，并能加快创面愈合。

This study was to compensate the insufficiency of external dissection and internal ligation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, through modified above procedure to improve wound healing and re- duce the occurrence of postoperative complications. Control group received external dissection and internal ligation and treatment group underwent small incision external dissection and internal ligation with skin bridge reconstruction were compared for the incidence of postoperative complications. The results showed that treatment group was superior to control group in postoperative pain,anal edema, wound healing time and anal stenosis. It is concluded that small incision external dissection and internal ligation with skin bridge reconstruction can obviously reduce the occurrence of complications and accelerate wound healing.
