自拟方坐浴配合派瑞松霜外涂治疗肛门湿疹60例疗效观察

Self-designed Lotion Sitz Bath Combined with Pevisone Cream Externally Application for Anal Eczema：Obser- vation on Therapeutic Efficacy of 60 Cases

为观察自拟方坐浴配合派瑞松霜外涂治疗肛门湿疹的疗效，将120例肛门湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。治疗组采用自拟方坐浴配合派瑞松霜外涂治疗，对照组只采用派瑞松霜外涂治疗。治疗期间停用其他药物。治疗1周为1个疗群，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果显示，治疗组治愈率65．0％，总有效率95．7％；对照组治愈率46．7％，总有效率83．3％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结果表明，自拟方坐浴配合派瑞松霜外涂治疗肛门湿疹疗效确切，且使用安全简便，无不良反应。

In order to observe the therapeutic effects of self-designed lotion sitz bath combined with Pevi sone cream externally application for anal eczema, 120 patients with this disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases for each group. Treatment group adopted above combined ther- apy, while control group only adopted Pevisone cream externally application, stop using other drugs during treatment;One week as a treatment course,and the therapeutic efficacy after two treatment courses was observed. As resuhs,the curative rate in treatment group was 65% and the total effective rate was 96.7% , while in control group was 46.7%,and 83.3% respectively, treatment group obviously was superior to con- trol group. Results show that self designed lotion sitz bath combined with Pevisone cream externally appli cation has certain effects in treating anal eczema, as well with merits such as safety, simple manipulation and without adverse reaction.
