早期护理干预对肛肠病患者术后排尿排便的影响分析

Influence of Early Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Urination and Defecation of Anorectal Disease Pa- tients

为探讨对肛肠病患者实施早期护理干预的效果，研究护理干预对患者术后排尿排便的影响，将实施肛肠手术的202例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组101例，对照组采用一般护理方法进行护理，治疗组在采用常规护理的前提下，实施心理疏导、健康教育、饮食指导以及穴位按摩等早期护理，对比两组患者满意度以及术后排尿排便困难发生率等项指标。结果显示，治疗组患者满意度为95．1％，术后排尿排便困难发生率为3．0％；对照组患者满意度为87．1％，术后排尿排便困难发生率为9．9％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，对肛肠病患者实施早期护理干预能够明显降低排尿排便困难的发生率，更加安全，并为患者所接受。

This paper was to discuss the application of early nursing intervention to anorectal disease pa- tients and its influence on their postoperative urination and defecation. 202 surgical cases with anorectal disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 101 cases for each. Control group received conventional nursing intervention, while treatment group received psychological counseling, health education,dietary guidance and massage in addition. Both groups were compared for patient＇s satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative dysuria and dysdefecation. The results showed that patient＇s satisfaction and incidence of postoperative dysuria and dysdefecation were 95. 1 % and 3.0% in treatment group; and they were 87.1% and 9.9% in control group,treatment group was superior to control group（ P〈0.05）. It is concluded that early nursing intervention for patients with anorectal disease can obviously lower the inci- dence of postoperative dysuria and dysdefecation,which is safe and acceptable to patients.
