摘要
为解决市场上柴油机监控系统在实际应用中存在不稳定及抗干扰能力差等问题,通过对船舶机舱环境进行充分调研和分析,总结出导致目前柴油机监控系统不稳定的原因,选取可靠的高速低功耗主控芯片,采取软硬件相结合的加固措施设计出一种基于增强型51单片机的柴油机抗恶劣环境监控系统。最后对系统进行了性能测试,结果表明系统具有响应速度快、抗干扰能力强、程序运行稳定等优点,在实际应用中能够满足用户对稳定性以及功耗的要求,具备一定的应用和开发价值。
In order to improve the performance of the diesel engines monitoring system on the market,and overcome the disadvantages of instability, weakness of anti-jamming, this paper studies causes of the instability of the diesel engine monitoring system and the environment of ships, then chooses the components scientifically, combines software and hardware reinforcement measures to design an enhanced diesel engine monitoring system based on a 51 micro-controller. Finally, the test shows that the system has the advantages of fast response, anti-jamming ability, running stability. This system can meet the user's requirements,and has certain applications and development value.
