摘要 针对传统无刷直流电机伺服控制系统精度低、集成度低、计算速度慢、存储量小的问题,设计一种基于TMS320F28335构成的无刷直流电机数字伺服控制系统。采用浮点型DSP作为主控器,完成控制算法计算、接收控制指令、处理电机同步等功能。位置检测装置向控制器提供电机转子位置信息,控制器根据转子位置信息进行控制算法计算输出控制指令,经驱动芯片LMD18200T功率放大,实现电机转子运动控制。采用电源模块与双路低压电源调制器TPS767D318结合实现无刷直流电机控制系统合理供电。根据控制器功能实现需要,控制器DSP外围电路包括:复位电路、时钟电路、JTAG仿真接口、串行通信接口。经测试表明,控制系统具有较高准确度和稳定性,能够实现电机转子旋转速度稳定调节。 A brushless DC motor control system which is based on TMS320F28335 is designed in order to meet the drawback of precision, integration level, computation speed and memory space in tradition control system. Using the float digital signal processing TMS28335 as the primary control unit,is in charge of computing control algorithm, receipt of control signal,handle of motor synchronization and so on. Position sensor offers the position of motor rotor to the primary control unit. According to location information, DSP accomplishes computing of control algorithm and gives commands and instructions. LMD18200T is used to amplify the power of control signal. At last,the control of the motor rotor position would come true. Power supply system consists of power module and Dual low-voltage power modulator TPS767D318. Depend on the function of control unit, DSP peripheral circuit should include reset circuit, clock circuit, JTAG artificial circuit, SCI circuit. After testing, control system can reach high level of precision and stability speed adjustment is also come true stabilized.
