摘要
阐述了一种电控单体泵燃油系统三次喷射凸轮型线设计方案,确定了凸轮的基圆、工作段的供油速度,设计了型线升程段、回程段的加速度特性。然后通过积分求出速度曲线和升程曲线,从而确定凸轮型线。
This paper presents a design proposal of electronic unit pump fuel system, the cam profile curve can be achieved in three injection. It introduces the design of the cam base circle and oil delivery rate in working segment. The acceleration characteristics of lift segment and return segment are designed. Then by integral ,the velocity curve and lift curve can be calculated. Thus the cam profile curve can be designed.
