摘要 金属铠装缆广泛应用于遥控机器人(ROV)、拖体、潜标、温盐深探测仪(CTD)、水下取样设备、海底资源综合探测及其他水下作业装备和系统中,属于动态线缆范畴,具有电力传输、光纤通信、铜缆通信、遥控指令传输、视频影像传输、探测设备收放承载等综合功能,具备较高的拉伸强度,灵活的弯曲特性,优良的耐腐蚀、耐磨损和耐反复收放等特点。由于金属铠装缆技术难度高、制造装备要求高,因此我国研制单位少,配套技术水平低。结合"十二五"863计划课题的研制,主要对金属铠装缆的结构设计、材料选择、制造工艺、性能检测试验等关键技术进行简要分析。 The metallically armored cable belongs to the category of dynamic cable, which is widely used in such fields as ROV, towed body, submerged buoy, CTD, underwater sampling equipment, undersea resources comprehensive detection, and other underwater operation equipment and system. It offers comprehensive functions such cable as power transmission, optical fiber communication, copper cable communication, remote control commands transmission, video image transmission, detection equipment bearing of receiving and releasing. The cables are characterized by high tensile strength, flexible bending properties, excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and repeatedly receiving/releasing resistance, etc. Due its high demand in technology and manufacturing equipment the research organizations are less and the technology can't catch up to a high level. Based on the 12th five- year-plan, 863 plan subject research, the analysis of the key technologies for the metallically armored cable in the following aspects: structure design, material selecting, manufacturing process, performance inspection is forcused on.
