摘要
随着物联网的快速发展,RFID手持机用途越来越多,一般情况下RFID手持功耗较大,需要大容量锂电池供电情况,为了解决大容量锂电池快速充电,本文设计了RFID手持机锂电池快速充电改进电路。根据RFID手持机的功耗需求,设计出了将单节锂电池的电压升高到5V供手持机工作的DC-DC变换电路;并设计出适用于1250mA以上锂电池充电的充电电路。
With the rapid development of the Internet of things,RFID handheld machine is used more and more,general RFID handheld power consumption,large capacity lithium battery,in order to solve the problem of large capacity lithium battery fast charging,this paper designs a RFID handset lithium battery fast charging circuit.According to the power demand of RFID handset,designed the DC-DC transform circuit single lithium battery voltage up to 5V for handheld machine work; and designed a charging circuit for charging more than 1250mA of lithium battery.The experimental data show that the circuit is feasible and effective
