XT公司技术人员人力资本激励问题分析

摘要 XT公司是民营高科技企业,随着行业的高速发展和企业的成长,XT公司薪酬结构不尽合理、公司聘任机制晋升机制不完善、公司缺乏员工职业生涯长期规划和必要的绩效考评体系、企业文化氛围淡薄等长期激励不足,科学性和系统性等问题普遍存在,制约着XT公司人力资本激励模式的发展,本文针对这些激励问题进行分析,以期对XT公司人力资源激励有效性研究奠定基础。
