医院图书馆必须提供高层次的知识服务,才能更好地满足广大医务人员的信息需求,其途径包括树立知识服务理念、制定服务策略、建立学科馆员制度、提供个性化服务、开展不同形式的知识服务、加强馆员队伍建设、开发特色资源库、构建医院图书馆知识服务保障体系等。
The paper clarifies that hospital library must provide high-level knowledge services,so as to meet medical personnel's information needs,including setting up knowledge service sense,formulating service strategies,constructing subject library mechanism,providing personalized services,carrying out knowledge services with different forms,strengthening librarian team construction,developing characteristic resource database,constructing hospital library knowledge service insurance system,etc.
