“跨域”区域卫生信息平台可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of "Cross-domain" Regional Health Information Platform

区域卫生信息平台是连接区域内的医疗卫生机构基本业务信息系统的数据交换和共享平台,是不同系统间进行信息整合的基础和载体。这是一种全新的卫生信息化建设模式,许多发达国家已将这种模式作为卫生信息化发展的重要战略方向,目前我国也已有一些经济发达地区开始积极建立本地区的区域卫生信息平台。随着这些城市的区域卫生信息平台不断建设,可以探索不同区域卫生信息平台之间如何进行"跨域"应用,从而做到健康信息不断整合。通过分析目前国内区域卫生信息平台建设中存在的局限性,依据国际IHE规范探索跨域区域卫生信息平台的技术路线,并结合上海市申康医联平台及"广佛同城"两个实际案例,说明区域卫生信息平台跨域互联的解决方案及业务效果。

Regional health information platform is a data exchange and sharing platform connecting basic business information systems of medical and health institutions in the area. It is the basis and carrier for information integration between different systems. This is a new health information construction mode. Many developed countries have considered this model as an important strategic direction of the health information development. At present some economically developed areas in China have began to actively establish a regional health information platform in the region. With the construction of regional health information platform of these cities, we can explore the ＂cross-domain＂ application among different re^onal health information platforms, so as to achieve continuous integration of health information. By analyzing the limitations of the construction of current domestic regional health information ptatfom^s, based on international IHE standards, technical route of cross-domain regional health information platform is explored. Combined with the actual cases of Shanghai Shenkang Hospital United Platform and the Same City of Guangzhou and Foshan, solutions and business effect of cross-domain interconnection of regional health information platforms are explained.
