摘要
目的分析贵州省2008—2011年报告麻疹疑似病例中接种含麻疹成分疫苗(Measles Containing Vaccine,MCV)后发热出疹疾病(Rashand Fever illness,RFIs)的发病情况。方法对贵州省2008—2011年麻疹监测系统报告的接种MCV后RFIs病例进行描述流行病学分析。结果贵州省2008—2011年接种MCV后RFIs年平均报告发生率为0.54/10万。病例无聚集性和流行病学联系,病例主要集中在8~11月龄,88.88%的病例是首次接种MCV。发热高峰为接种后6~9d,出疹高峰为接种后第8d和第10d。结论接种MCV后出现的RFIs病例,可能为接种疫苗偶合麻疹野病毒感染引起,也可能是由于接种MCV产生的疫苗反应引起,即疫苗相关病例。进行病毒基因分析是确定发病原因的唯一办法。消除麻疹阶段,应加强对接种MCV后RFIs病例的关注。
Objective To investigate the incidence of RFIs after MCV inoculation in Guizhou province 2008-2011. Methods Analyze the RFIs data reported by measles surveillance system during 2008-2011. Results the average incidence of RFIs reported was 0.54/100 000. The cases were sporadically and without epidemiological links. Most RFIs cases were 8 month to t2 month olds, and 88.88%cases was inoculated MCV first time. Most cases fever occurs in 6-9 days after inoculation and rash occurs in eighth days and tenth days after inoculation. Conelution RFIs after MCV inoculation may be due to infecting measles wild virus, or the allergic reaction by MCV. Analysis the gene of virus is the only way to determine the cause. MCV relative cases, RFIs occurs by the allergic reaction of MCV, should be pay more attention in the stage of measles elimination.
