鄂尔多斯市扩大国家免疫规划疫苗接种率调查分析

Immunization Coverage Survey in Eordos City after Integrated more Vaccines into EPI Since 2009

目的评价我市扩大国家免疫规划实施以来的疫苗接种率。方法采用按人口容量比例概率抽样法,用EPI-data软件处理数据,用SPSS软件统计分析。结果共调查476名儿童,BCG、HepB、OPV、DTP、MCV接种率保持在99%以上,MPV-A、JEV、HepA接种率有待进一步提高。加强免疫和应急性免疫活动的接种率处于较低水平。结论加强儿童免疫规划管理工作,努力提高儿童加强免疫接种率,做好查漏补种和强化免疫活动。

Objective To understand the immunization status of children Eordos City. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method, using the Epi-data software to process the data using SPSS software statistical analysis. Results Survey of 476 children with BCG, HepB, OPV, DTP and the MCV coverage in 99%. MPV-A and JEV, HepA coverage remains to be further improved. Conclusion Strengthen EPI management and strive to improve children immunization coverage.
