某铁路局职业有害作业人员职业卫生知识水平调查

Occupational Health Knowledge Level Survey of the Occupational Hazards of a Railway Bureau Workers

目的了解某铁路局职业有害作业人员职业卫生知识水平,为职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法通过抽查的方式,对职业有害作业人员进行问卷调查。结果共调查1 500人,收到职业卫生知识有效问卷1 488份,有效率99.2%,结果显示某铁路局职业有害作业人员职业卫生知识知晓率较高,获取知识的主要途径是通过职业培训。结论从保护职工健康和维护铁路企业自身利益的角度来看,用人单位应认真履行职业病防治的社会责任,重视工人的职业卫生服务需求,切实保障劳动者的健康权益。

Objective To undersdand the harmful workers occupational health knowledge in a Railway Bureau, the thesis would provide the basis for prevention of occupational diseases. Methods In this thesis, we adopted questionnaire investigation method to the harmful workers by spot check. Results Effective occupational health knowledge questionnaire 1 488 （in total 1 500 person）, Efficiency was 99.2 %. The investigation showed the awareness rate of the occupational health knowledge was high and the harmful workers acquired the knowledge by training. Conclusion From the view of the protection of workers＇ health and maintenance of railway enterprises own interests, the enterprises should conscientiously fulfill the social responsibility of the occupational disease prevention, pay attention to the workers＇ occupational health service needs, and effectively protect the health of workers rights.
