摘要
宁德CPR1000型压水堆核电厂1号机组(容量为1 000 MW)汽轮机是我国首台自行制造的核电半速汽轮机。论述了该型汽轮机的特点;结合这些特点提出从安装角度控制汽轮机振动的措施,包括基础二次埋件及垫铁安装、轴瓦平行度调整、通流间隙调整、高中压缸负荷分配、低压缸与凝汽器连接、基础弹簧释放、轴系找中心、靠背轮铰孔连接等工序的振动控制措施。该机组实际运行情况表明,实施这些措施后效果明显,轴振最大为40.0μm,轴瓦振动速度最大为1.42 mm/s,2项指标均满足标准要求。
The turbine of No. 1 unit in Ningde CPR1000 PWR nuclear power plant (the capacity of 1000MW), is the first domestic half-speed turbine in China. The equipment features of half-speed turbine was analyzed, and some measures were proposed to control the vibration of the turbine from the aspect of installation, including the installation of second grounding embedded parts and sizing block, the parallelism adjustment of bearing bush, the adjustment of flow path clearance, the load distribution of HIP, the connection between LP and condenser, the spring release, the shafting alignment, the wheel diameter ream connection, and other processes. The actual operation of the unit shows that the improvement is obvious after the implementation of these measures, with which the maximum shaft vibration is 40.0 μm and the maximum vibration speed of bearing bush is 1.42 mm/s, both of the two indices can meet the standard requirements.
