教师教育U—S合作中的大学困境与出路

Universities in the U-S Cooperation: Dilemma and Solution

教师专业是技能性与适应性相融的专业,培养专业化的教师需要大学(University)与中小学(School)合作(简称U—S合作)。大学作为教师培养的"母机",具有主动参与U—S合作的激励,但在U—S合作过程中,大学的结构惯性、评价机制以及组织边界等制约着教师教育U—S合作,使其陷入合作困境。鉴于此,大学需要回归"育人"主旨,消减其参与U—S合作的取向性障碍;完善其评价机制,鼓励大学教师参与U—S合作;重建以现代大学专业学院为组织机构的教师教育学院体系,规范教师教育组织边界。

As a combination of ability and adaptation, the cultivation of professional teachers needs the cooperation of universities and schools （U-S Cooperation）. University, as the dominant part, plays the inspiring role in U-S. But owing to its own structural inert and assessment system, university experiences dilemma in U-S. University should return to its instructive function and clear the way for U-S. Professors in Universities should be encouraged to participated in the U-S and reconstruct its college running system and organizational bordering.
