摘要
唐代韩愈"传道、授业、解惑"的师者定位,虽是传统师道观对教师职业的要求,但在当前教育发展背景下,仍然具有重要的借鉴与启示意义。当代优秀教师应具备的各种能力中,有三项是针对教师职业特定性的基本能力。"传道"对应的是敏锐的文化判断能力,"授业"对应的是杰出的语言表达能力,"解惑"对应的是良好的人际沟通能力。这三大能力,是优秀教师必备的核心能力与基本能力。
Han Yu' s idea that a teacher should transmit wisdom, impart knowledge and resolve doubts is still significant. Among various abilities, the 3 are professionally-defined. "Wisdom transmission" corresponds to the keen cultural judgment; " knowledge imparting", language competence; and " doubt resolving ", the communicative capacity. The 3 are the essential requirements for a qualified teacher.
