The Sustainable Leading of Teachers of Special Classification and Its Significance of Promoting the Implementation of New Curriculum and Professional Development for Teachers

摘要 在教师继续教育和实施新课程的过程中,特级教师的引领作用已受到重视,但大多限于短期引领。特级教师长效引领由于其具有时间长、内容全面、方式灵活、效果显著等特点,并蕴含着"行动"、"校本"、"艺术"等先进理念,因而能够在整体提高教学质量、有效实施新课程,以及促进教师专业发展等方面发挥更好的作用。特级教师长效引领的重点是:师德表率感染,激励教师改进教学参与教研;教学艺术引领,指导教师向优秀教师转化;研究领衔牵头,带领教师共同开展研究。 Attention has been paid to the leading role of a teacher of special classification in the process of teachers' continuing education and implementing the new curriculum, but it is mostly limited to short-term lead. The sustainable effect lead of a teacher of special classification can play a better role in overall improving the quality of teaching, effectively implementing the new curriculum and promoting professional development for teachers because of its long time, comprehensive contents, flexible ways, remarkable effect and its containing of the advanced concepts of " action", " school" and "art". The emphases on the sustainable effect lead of a teacher of special classification are that he encourages teachers to improve the teaching and participate in research by his model of noble morality, and he guides teachers and transforms them into excellent teachers gradually by his teaching art, and he takes the lead in research and ushers teachers to carry out research together.
