由教师专业发展走向教师生命成长——兼谈“四三八”教师生命成长模式 被引量:4

摘要 教师专业发展遮蔽了教师作为情感人和心理人的完整人性。教师生命成长则关注教师完整生命优化,关注教师为人与为师的统一。为人包括自食其力、潜赋俱扬、幸福高尚和惠仁世界四大主题,专业理想、专业知识、专业能力和专业自我则构成为师的四大内容;本着幸福展开、专业发展、生命成长、教育富美、内外协同和生态建构的原则,从外部互流、内部支持及主体自主的三体展开教师生命成长的阳光工程;健康的身心、富美的生活、扎实的教学、深度的学习、创新的研究、充分的交流、优质的资源和优秀的文化成为了此工程的核心措施和终极目标。以上四内容、三体路径、八措施与目标构成了"四三八"模式的主要元素。 Teachers' professional development has covered up the complete humanity of. teachers as persons of emotion and psyche. The teachers' life growth pays attention to the optimizing of teachers complete life and the unification of teacher and human being. As a human being, he is endowed to pursue independence, develop his potentials, to enjoy a lofty and happy life, and to be useful to the others; his life consists professional ideals, knowledge, ability and self; he follows the principle of unfolding his happiness, developing his profession, enriching his education, harmonious cooperation between the inner and the outer and ecological construction. In this way, the teacher enjoys the healthy and rich life, do fruitful teaching and research.
