摘要
教师培训者专业困境的根源在于对服务对象研究的缺失。这使教师培训者在培训课程与教学方面表现出对象感缺乏,目标和内容科学性欠缺以及形式、方法应用适切性较弱。教师培训者应基于成人学习特点,在培训需求调研、课程与教学目标体系构建、课程体系的建设,以及课程与教学的实施等方面提升自我的专业能力。
The root of teacher trainers' professional dilemma is the absence of research on the service object. It makes teacher trainers exhibit a sense of object absence, a lack of scientific objectives and content, and method inappropriateness. Teacher trainers should improve their professional competence in terms of training needs survey, construction of curriculum and objectives, capacity of instruction and implement of curriculum and instruction based on characteristics of aduh learners.
