摘要
工序图自动生成技术是 CAPP系统开发的难点之一，本文在分析汽车冲压件工艺特点的基础上，将大量的工序内容抽象为若干个操作元素进行处理，并对图形有效性检验、工序有效性检验和图形预处理等方面进行了研究，最后实现工序图形的自动生成。
The automatic generation of process chart is one problem of CAPP system developping. After analyzing the technics features of automobile pressing, a lot of processes were abstracted into several operating elements. We did researches about the checkout of the efficiency of graph and of process,the pretreatment of graph. Then the automatic generation of process chart was carried out.
