龋露髓牙患者牙髓血前列腺素E2及弹性蛋白酶含量检测的临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨龋露髓孔处牙髓血中炎症介质水平与直接盖髓术成功率的关系。方法:40例龋露髓牙患者去龋,采集露髓孔处牙髓血5μl,酶联免疫法检测血液中前列腺素E2(PGE-2)水平,底物检测法检测弹性蛋白酶(EA)水平。结果:龋露髓牙牙髓血中PGE2含量为152.06±75.63ng/ml显著高于对照组的0.57±0.91ng/ml(P<0.01);龋露髓牙牙髓血中EA含量为123.37±21.43μg/ml,显著高于对照组的17.14±5.84μg/ml(P<0.01)。直接盖髓术成功病例PGE-2(90.24±3.12ng/ml)、EA(70.17±7.36μg/ml)水平显著低于失败病例的PGE-2(186.47±4.62ng/ml)、EA(159.34±17.82μg/ml)水平(P<0.05)。龋露髓牙直接盖髓术预后与PGE-2、EA水平的单因素分析显示存在相关性(R=0.82)。结论:龋露髓孔处牙髓血中炎症介质水平与直接盖髓术成功率相关,检测龋露髓孔处牙髓血中炎症介质水平可作为盖髓术病例选择的参考。
