超声电导仪联合抗结核药物治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液43例

Ultrasound conductimeter combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion in 43 cases

目的:探讨超声电导仪联合抗结核药物治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:86例不宜穿刺的包裹性胸腔积液的结核性胸膜炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组采用单纯抗结核药物治疗,观察组加用超声电导仪局部透药治疗,每日1次,每次30min,20次为1疗程。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组总有效率67.44%(P<0.05)。结论:超声电导仪靶向药物治疗联合抗结核药物能明显促进结核性包裹性胸腔积液患者的胸水吸收,是辅助治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液的措施之一。

Objective;To study the curative effects of combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treat- ment of tuberculous pleural effusion ultrasound conductivity meter. Methods： 86 cases of tuberculous pleurisy pa- tients not puncture pleural effusion, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group, the control group treated by anti-tuberculosis drug treatment, observation group were treated with ul- trasound conductimeter through local drug treatment, 1 times a day, 30min each time, 20 times for 1 course of treatment. Results：After 3 months of treatment, total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35 %, signifi- cantly higher than that in control group, the total efficiency of 67.44% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ultrasound conduc timeter targeted drug therapy combined with antituberculosis drugs can obviously promote the encapsulated tubercu- lous pleural effusion in patients with pleural effusion absorption, is one of the auxiliary encapsulated tuberculous pleural effusion measures.
