工程陶瓷磨削过程对表面残余应力的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用对陶瓷试件磨削后再用 X射线应力技术测试的方法 ,对磨削用量、砂轮种类、陶瓷材料等主要因素对磨削残余应力的影响规律进行了试验研究。研究结果表明 ,用金刚石砂轮磨削 Al2 O3陶瓷试件时 ,残余应力随磨削深度、工件进给速度和砂轮速度等磨削用量的变化而变化 ,且试验曲线均存在峰值效应。陶瓷砂轮比金刚石砂轮的磨削残余压应力高。陶瓷磨削表面残余应力受不同材料影响的敏感性要高于不同磨削条件的敏感性。 The demand on ceramic machining properties is increased with application of engineering ceramics widespread.The test results show the regularity of residual stresses after grinding Al 2O 3 by means of diamond wheel, and the theory of the regularity and mechanism are explained.The effects of grinding parameter,grinding wheel and ceramics work-pieces on grinding residual stresses have been presented in this paper,by means of the method of X-ray for ceramic work-pieces measured after grinding.The test results show that when work-pieces Al 2O 3 ceramics were ground by diamond wheel,the curve of residual stresses existed peak valve effect. The residual stresses of ceramics wheel are higher than diamond wheel. Sensibility of ceramics residual stresses after grinding on grinding materials is higher than grinding condition.
