AKT/PKB在肿瘤发生、发展过程的作用及其机制 被引量:4

摘要 P13KAKT/PKB细胞信号传导通路参与调节肿瘤细胞的增殖、存活、迁移、黏附、肿瘤血管生成等过程,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。AKT又称蛋白激酶B(PKB),是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶,是体内重要的凋亡抑制蛋白,在生长因子刺激细胞生长过程中可见到AKT/PKB的活化和高表达。
