摘要
基本体群成形曲面的生成是多点成形技术中十分重要的问题之一。给出基于 1 8自由度三角形单元描述的连续的目标形状曲面 ,通过接触点计算确定基本体行程从而构造出成形曲面的方法。对规则曲面的数值计算表明 ,该方法的计算结果具有很高的精度。
Generating the forming surface of elements group is one of very important problems in multi-points forming. Based on the description of objective continuous surface by 18 d.o.f.triangular elements,the author proposed a method to set up formed surface by means of calculating contacting points to determine the run distance of each element.Numerical calculation to regular curved surface shows that the results obtained by presented method is very precise.
