摘要
对块状纳米材料的形成机理和实验进行了研究 ,在理论和实验上论证了液态 Spinodal分解 ,发生了深度过冷的共晶合金中 ,当过冷度足够大时 ,Spinodal的波长可以进入到纳米尺度 ,从而形成了块状纳米材料。具体研究了 Fe90 B10 合金 ,当 ΔT≥ 41 6℃时 ,得到晶粒尺寸为 2 nm~ 3nm的纳米材料 ,软磁性能为 Br=1 .30 T,Hc=0 .0 1 A/ cm,该合金发生液态的 Spinodal分解 ,并出现多重
The manufacturing mechanisms and experiments of bulk nanocrystalline materials are researched in our Lab. The facts of theory and experiment are pointed out:If eutectic alloy is undercooled deeply enough, the spinodal's wavelength can be reduced quickly even to nano-scale, nanocrystalline materials can be gained.The alloy of Fe90B 10 is researched in experiment, when the undercooling temperature is higher than 416℃, a nanocrystalline material which grain size of 2-3nm is gotten. and the soft magnetic properties are Br=1.30T, Hc=0.01A/cm., the liquid spinodal decomposition of Fe90B10occurs spontaneously many times.
