培哚普利对早期糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的影响

Effect of perindopril on microalbuminuria in early diabetic nephropathy

目的观察和评价培哚普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 120例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。两组患者在严格饮食控制和血糖、血压稳定控制情况下进行治疗。对照组继续维持原降糖、降压等糖尿病常规治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服培哚普利2～4mg,每日1次,共4周。观察两组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(UMA)变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后UMA较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后UMA无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论低剂量培哚普利可降低早期糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白的排泄,对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的保护及治疗作用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of perindopril in treating early stage diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods 120 cases with early stage diabetic nephropathy were divided randomly into the treated group（n=60） and the control group（n= 60）. Both groups were treated based on the strict of diet and stable blood sugar blood pressure. The routine DN treatment such as decreasing blood sugar＇blood pressure was adopted in the control group. Perindopril 2-4mg was given in the treated group by po once per day and the duration was 4 weeks,as while as to observe the Urine miero-albumin（UMA）in two groups. Results The UMA in treated group is significantly lower after treatment than before treatment（ P 〈 0.01）, and there is no significant difference in control group between before treatment and after treatment（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Perindopril can decrease the urine albumin excretion rate in treating early stage diabetic nephropathy and it has good protective and curative effect in treating DN.
