摘要
针对葫芦岛地区产业集群的现状及存在的问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了葫芦岛现阶段产业集群发展特点及竞争力,并从政府角度提出科学制定规划、优化投资环境、创新政府服务、完善园区建设、发挥集聚效应等对策,研究结果为葫芦岛市经济转型升级提供参考。
In view of the current situation of Huludao industrial cluster,an inductive analysis was made of the cluster＇s current features and competitiveness.Solutions are presented in making scientific planning,optimizing investment environment,innovating government services,perfecting park construction,and promoting agglomeration effect.The results provide reference for Huludao＇s economic transformation and upgrading.
