摘要
为调动大学生的主体性,采用定量分析的方法,对辽宁工程技术大学学生的需求现状进行研究。结果表明:择业需求是该校大学生的优势需求;不同年级的优势需求不同,并且不同年级在同种需求上存在显著性差异;男女大学生在学习需求与择业需求上存在显著性差异。研究结果对改善高校教学管理状况具有借鉴意义。
In order to bring college students' subjectivity into play, quantitative analyses were made of the demand of college students in Liaoning Technical University. Findings show that the dominant demand of college students is the job-hunting demand, the domi- nant demand of each grade is different, and there exists significant differences in the same demand from grade to grade, learning demand and job-hunting demand of male college stu- dents are different from those of female students. Results will help improve the current sit- uation of teaching management.
