摘要
建立了弹塑性有限形变接触(考虑摩擦)问题的多重非线性边界元方程，用此方法分析了前后张力对板带轧制过程的影响，计算结果与有限元法和试验结果都有很好的一致性。为板带轧制过程求解提供了新颖、简单且准确的方法。
A multi-nonlinear boundary element method is established dealing with elastic-plastic finite deformation contact problem with friction, and it is employed to analysis the effect of t ension to rolling process. Several examples are presented, and the results on co ntact pressure and frictional stress showed excellent agreement with that of ana lysis and finite element methods and test A novel, simple and accurate method is proposed for analysis of rolling problems.
