摘要
对显微镜下大量的活细胞进行长时间地重复观测是一项细致而又需要耐心的工作 ,完全依赖于人工操作不仅难度大又易引入人为的误差和错误。为了使这项工作得以轻松准确的完成 ,开发能对大量细胞进行重复和长时间观测的工具实在必要。以 CCD技术和计算机自动控制技术为基础 ,研制了一套自动成像测量系统。该系统能够定时自动对多个目标进行重复摄像和分析。其对目标的重访精度小于 4μm,完全可以满足精确地对大量细胞长时间重复观测的需要。这一设计解决了一个实际问题 。
In many biological studies involving live cells, the need to carry out measurement of cell properties is coupled with the need to study a large population. Precise measurements must be made on a large number of individual cells to determine population characteristics. The study of large number of live cells, combined with time contrasts (at the same time and for long time) and date acquisition and processing requirements, calls for an automated approach to the measurement of cellular properties. The multi\|object revisit image cytometry system developed for quantitative analysis of live cells has the capability of performing such complex nondisruptive measurements.
