轮状病毒和腺病毒联合检测在儿童腹泻诊断中的价值

The value of combined detection of rotavirus and adenovirus in the diagnosis of children diarrhea

目的探讨轮状病毒和腺病毒联合检测在儿童腹泻中的价值。方法回顾整理2011-06～2012-12在延安大学附属医院儿科门诊及住院的腹泻患者323例轮状病毒和腺病毒检测结果,统计分析。结果轮状病毒感染率为41.2%,腺病毒感染率为13.9%,轮状病毒和腺病毒同时感染比率为10.8%,轮状病毒和腺病毒有一种感染比例为44.3%。结论检测轮状病毒和腺病毒对儿童腹泻的诊断有很高的诊断价值。

Objective To explore the value of rotavirus combined with adenovirus detection in children with diarrhea. Methods Clinical data of rotavirus and adenovirus test results from 323 cases outpatients and hospitalized patients with diarrhea in the department of Pediatrics of Affiliated Hospital of Yanan University 2011 -06 ~ 2012 -12 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Rotavirus infection rate was 41.2% ; adenovirus infection rate was 13.9% ; both rotavirus and adenovirus infection rate was 10.8% ;either of rotavirus or adenovirus infection rate was 44.3%. Conclusion Detection of rotavirus combined with adenovirus on diarrhea in children has significant diagnostic value.
