摘要
应用矫直变形理论对辊式矫直机的矫直方案进行了计算分析、比较和优选 ,并对最优方案下各矫直辊的压下量进行了计算 ,用于指导生产实践 。
In this article, several straightening schemes are calculated with straightening deformation theory.Through analysis and comparison of these schemes, the optimum scheme is chosed.The compressive deformation as to the optimum scheme is calculated, the results are applied to guide the straightening process and achieve good effect.
