摘要
用三维有限元法分析了轧机四列圆锥滚子轴承的负荷分布 ,结果表明 :偏载下的各列滚子径向负荷明显不同 ,第一列和第四列滚子的 W比值 ,最严重时可达 3 .2 5。
The load distribution of four row tapered roller bearing is analysed using 3 D finite element method.The result testifies that under the leaning load the roller′s radial load on each row is evidently different, the ratio W of first row roller dearing to fourth row bearing can 3 25 times at worst.The calculation tallies with the measured value.
