摘要
关于阿德勒的自卑与补偿理论体系,西方研究者通常将自卑作为其他心理变量的调节变量或影响因素而加以研究讨论,国内心理学工作者主要是从理论探讨和实证探索两个方面对自卑开展研究的。有研究者从自卑补偿分类体系中的补偿行为实施者维度提出他人补偿理论,作为补偿行为实施者的另一个元素。现从东、西方社会文化的自我观,他人补偿的"替代"方式和基于自我概念的他人补偿三个角度对他人补偿理论提出质疑,并针对自卑的补偿,结合阿德勒的自卑与补偿理论,提出自卑补偿的自我观。
Adler inferiority and compensation theoretical system, Western researchers usually put inferiority as a adjustive variables or influencing factors of other psychological variables to be res-earch and discuss with, and domestic researchers of psychology mainly conduct research from the low self-esteem's two as- pects of theoretical discussion and empirical explore. Researchers put forward others-compensation theory from low self-esteem compensation classification system of compensation executor's dimension, as another element of the compensation executor's dimension. Doubts will be come up with from the three angles of the Eastern and Western sociocultural self-concept, the "alternative" approach of others-compensation, others-compensation based on the self-concept, and combined with low self-esteem and compensation of Adler's theory, put forward my views of self-concept of inferiority compensation.
