物理扰动对水库中铜绿微囊藻和月牙藻生长及竞争的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了探究在风生浪扰动下,青草沙水库藻类优势种的形成规律,选取了3种典型的风生浪扰动强度(静止、150和300 r/min),研究了其对常见的蓝藻铜绿微囊藻和绿藻月牙藻生长及竞争的影响。结果表明在3种扰动条件下,铜绿微囊藻对月牙藻均具有竞争优势,铜绿微囊藻能增强自身的光合作用,抑制月牙藻的光合作用,并促使月牙藻沉降。随着扰动的增强,铜绿微囊藻的相对竞争优势逐渐减弱。试验说明风生浪的物理扰动能抑制青草沙水库的铜绿微囊藻成为优势种的趋势。 In order to explore the formation rule of dominant species of algae in Qingcaosha reservoir under disturbance of wind wave, 3 kinds of disturbances (0,150 & 300 r/min) were selected for studying effects of mechanical disturbances on the competition of m. aeruginosa and s. bibraianum. The results show that m. aeruginosa has competitive advantage under 3 kinds of disturbances; m. aeruginosa can enhance photosynthesis of itself, inhibit photosynthesis of s. bibraianum and make s. bibrainum precipitate. The competitive advantage of m. aeruginosa decreases with the increase of the disturbance intensity. There is a trend that m. oeruginosa in Qingcaosha reservoir becomes the dominant species.
