摘要
对疏水性中空纤维膜有泡曝气进行了试验研究,得到了疏水性中空纤维膜的泡点,以及臭氧在pH=6和pH=8的水中的自分解系数,考察了疏水性中空纤维膜在不同pH水中的臭氧传质特性。试验表明疏水性中空纤维膜泡点较低;臭氧在pH=6的水中的自分解系数为0.036 min^(-1),在pH=8的水中为0.070 min^(-1);臭氧容积传质系数K_La值与曝气流量成正相关关系,在曝气流量相同时,pH=8条件下的臭氧K_La值约高出pH=6条件下0.1 min^(-1)。该研究为将来疏水性中空纤维膜在水处理厂的设计应用提供了一定依据。
Bubble aeration of hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane was studied. Bubble point of hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane was gained, and the decomposition coefficient of ozone in the water of pH=6 and pH=8 was also obtained. Ozone mass transfer prop- erties of hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane in different pH values were investigated. The results indicate that bubble point of hy- drophobic hollow fiber membrane is low, the decomposition coefficient of ozone is 0.036 min-1 in the water of pH=6 and is 0.070 min-l in the water of pH=8. There is a positive correlation between aeration air flux and volumetric mass transfer coefficient of ozone-KLa, when aeration air fluxes are same, KLa value of ozone in the water of pH=8 is about 0.1 min^-1 greater than that in the water of pH=6. This experiment provides a certain basis for the application of hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane in water treatment plant in the future.
