摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)为主体,与阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)及2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)反应,合成了一种两性离子泥页岩抑制剂ADAN,并对其进行了性能评价。结果表明,合成实验最佳条件为:4种单体AMPS、DMDAAC、AM、NVP质量比为2∶1∶6∶1,单体浓度为15%,引发剂浓度0.05%,反应温度50℃。在此条件下,合成产品ADAN不仅具有较强的抑制性,还具有良好的抗温、抗盐和降失水性能。
The synthesis conditions was prepared with AM, AMPS, DMDAAC and NVP as material. Get a zwitterion polymer shale inhibitor named ADAN through the orthogonal experiment. The best synthesis conditions is as following: the mass ratio of AMPS, DMDAAC, AM, NVP is 2 : 1 : 6: 1, monomer concentra- tion is 15% ,BPO concentration is 0.05%, and reaction temperature is 50 ℃. Under the condition, the product ADAN is well with the ability of inhibition, additionally, with the anti-high temperature, anti-salt, and fluid loss control.
