摘要
采用"无溶剂一步法"合成橡胶防老剂RD,最佳工艺条件:丙酮与苯胺的物料比为6∶1,丙酮第1轮滴加时间为4 h,滴加速度43.5 g/h,催化剂用量为21 g。红外光谱分析断定,产品为2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢喹啉的二聚体或多聚体的混合物。
Rubber antioxidant RD was synthesized by solventless one-step method. The optimal conditions for synthesis of rubber antioxidant RD using solventless one-step method was determined and listed as fol- lows : the material ratio of acetone and aniline is 6 : 1, the titration time for acetone in the first round is 4 h,which indicates the dropping speed is 43.5 g/h,the catalyst dosage is 21 g. Infrared spectrum analy- sis indicates the product is mixture of dimmers or polymer of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinolin.
