摘要 以水为溶剂,多乙烯多胺和氯乙酸钠为原料,合成了一种硫酸钡防垢剂MCC。最佳反应条件为:反应物配比为n(氯乙酸钠)∶n(多乙烯多胺)=4∶1,反应物质量分数为60%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为12 h。在合成产物加量为150 mg/L时,对硫酸钡防垢率可达86.4%。温度升高,防垢率逐渐降低;钠离子浓度升高,防垢率较稳定。 A barium sulfate scale inhibitor MCC was synthesized by polyethylene polyamine and sodium chloroacetate using water as a solvent. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:mole ratio of poly- ethylene polyamine to sodium chloroacetate is 4: 1, reactant mass concentration is 60%, reaction tempera- ture and reaction time is 80 ℃ and 12 h,respectively. The result shows that the antiscale rate of barium sulfate can reach 86.4% at 150 mg/L inhibitor concentration. The antiscale rate of barium sulfate was de- creased with increasing temperature and can be more stable as sodium ion concentration inereased.
