摘要
针对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)价格昂贵导致其应用受到限制的问题,选择丁腈橡胶(NBR)与HNBR并用,研究HNBR/NBR的用量配比、硫化体系的类型及硫化剂和交联剂的类型对HNBR/NBR共混胶性能的影响。结果表明,HNBR/NBR用量配比为60/40(质量比),选用过氧化物硫化体系,硫化剂和交联剂为DCP/HVA-2制备的HNBR/NBR共混胶具有良好的物理机械、耐老化及耐油性能。
To solve the problem of HNBR limited application for its expensive price, the HNBR/NBR blends were prepared by using hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (HNBR) and acrylonitrile-bu- tadiene rubber (NBR). The effects of HNBR/NBR ratio and vulcanization system,vulcanizing agent and crosslinking agent on the properties of HNBR./NBR blends were studied. The results showed that HNBR/ NBR blends with good mechanical and ageing-resistant and oil resistant properties were prepared by using HNBR/NBR ratio(60/40) and peroxide curing system and DCP/HVA-2.
