微波诱导协同MF/RO系统对印染废水的深度处理及回用的研究

摘要 在活性炭存在条件下,采用微波辐射对印染废水生化处理系统的外排水进行深度处理。考察了活性炭用量、微波功率、微波辐射时间、pH值等因素对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,采用5 g颗粒活性炭与50 mL印染废水混合,当微波功率为600 W,辐射时间为6 min时,印染废水处理后,出水接近无色,COD Cr去除率达到64.8%,回用于前处理及后道水洗工序效果良好,从而达到减少染色加工用水的目的。 Dyeing wastewater,which has been treated by biochemical system, is deeply treated by micro- wave irradiation in the presence of granular active carbon. The effects of the amount of active carbon, mi- crowave power,microwave time and pH on COD removal rate were discussed. The results show that for 50 mL dye wastewater, under the condition of 5 g granular active carbon, when the microwave irradiation power 600 W and microwave irradiation time 6 rain, that the dye wastewater after treatment was nearly col- orless and the CODcr removal reaches 64.8%. The result of resuse of decolorized dyeing waste water used before and after dyeing production process was very good. The goal of reducing water used in dyeing pro- duction was attained.
