农产品质量安全手机端追溯应用研究

Application Research on Tracing Agricultural Product Quality Safety by Mobile Phone Client

农产品质量安全是食品安全的重要组成部分,农产品质量管理的有力手段是建立可追溯制度。本文以智能手机快捷手段实现农产品质量安全追溯为研究目标,在分析农产品质量安全追溯业务流程的基础上,以广泛使用的Android手机为例,对手机端追溯业务流程与架构进行设计,深入研究了关键技术,提出农产品质量安全手机端追溯应用方案。经测试,该方案能快速定位到农产品源头,准确反映农产品质量控制信息,达到主体、产品、过程三个级别的追溯精度。

Agricultural product quality safety of agricultural product quality management is estab is an important part of food safety and the effective means lishing traceability system. With the research object of im-plementing quality safety tracing of agricultural products through intelligent mobile phone, based on the analy-sis of business process of agricultural product quality safty tracing, taking the widely used Android mobile phone for example, the business process and architecture of mobile phone client tracing were designed, the key techniques were deeply researched, and the application program was proposed. Through testing, the pro- gram could quickly locate the sources of agricultural products, accurately reflect the informations of agricultural product quality control, and achieve the tracing accuracy containing three levels of subject, product and process.
