摘要
以‘鲁硕红’蔷薇为试验材料,以‘粉团’和‘七姊妹’蔷薇作为对照,观察了这3种蔷薇在干旱胁迫情况下的生长状态,测定了干旱胁迫对蔷薇膜透性及MDA含量、SOD、POD活性、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量的影响,并测定了其耐旱极限。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,‘鲁硕红’各项生理指标均优于对照组,说明‘鲁硕红’的耐旱性要强于‘粉团’和‘七姊妹’。
With Rosa multiflora var. Lushuohong as experimental material and Rosa tuan and Qizimei as controls, their growth statuses under drought stress were observed, the effects of drought stress on membrane permeability, SOD and POD activities, MDA, soluble protein and proline contents and their drought tolerance limits were measured. The results showed that all the physiological indexes of Lushuo- hong were superior to those Lushuohong was better than of controls under drought stress, which indicated that the drought resistance of those of Fentuan and Qizimei.
