摘要
以稗草为受体,研究了银胶菊根、茎、叶、花水浸提液对稗草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,根、茎、叶、花水浸提液的化感作用强度存在差异,花、叶水浸提液对稗草的化感抑制强度高于根、茎,且抑制强度随处理浓度的增大而增强;20%浓度花、叶水浸提液完全抑制稗草幼苗生长,其处理的稗草种子发芽率分别为20.0%和23.3%。
The effects of the aqueous extracts of root, stem, leaf and flower from Parthenium hysteropho-rus L. on seed germination and seedling growth of Echinochloa crusgalli ( L. ) Beauv were studied. The results showed that the aqueous extracts of root, stem, leaf and flower had different allelopathic indensities on Echino-chloa crusgalli ( L. ) Beauv.. The aqueous extracts of flower and leaf exhibited higher inhibitory effects on Echinochloa crusgalli ( L. ) Beauv. compared with those of root and stem, and the effects enhanced with the increase of concentration. 20% aqueous extracts of flower and leaf could completely inhibit the seedling growth of Echinochloa crusgalli ( L. ) Beauv. , and the seed germination rates were 20.0% and 23.3% respectively.
