郁闭果园不同部位光照条件对烟富3号苹果果实品质的影响

Analysis on Apple Fruit Quality of Yanfu 3 under Different Light Conditions in Closing Orchard

对烟台地区乔砧郁闭果园内不同光照条件的烟富3号苹果品种的果实品质和风味物质含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,光照条件好的部位果实单果重、可溶性固形物含量以及香气物质种类和相对含量均显著高于光照条件不良的内膛果实。为提高苹果的内外在品质,应继续采取合理间伐、抬干、落头、疏枝等措施对郁闭果园进行改造,优化树体结构,改善果园的树体光照条件。

The content of volatile aroma compounds and flesh quality of apple variety Yanfu 3 under dif-ferent light conditions were measured in closing apple orchards in Yantai area. The results showed that the sin-gle fruit weight, soluble solid content, kinds and contents of aromatic compounds of apples under better light condition were significantly better than those on the inside trees with poor light condition. The shape of apple trees in old orchards of Yantai area should be transformed by pruning technique to adjust and optimize tree structure and improve light condition of trees.
