低温对油菜种子萌发和成苗的影响

Influences of Low Temperature on Seed Germination and Seedling Formation of Brassica napus L.

试验采用3个油菜品种浙油18、高油605和浙油50,研究了低温对种子发芽和田间成苗的影响。结果表明,在低温条件下,浙油50新种的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗鲜重均最高,且田间成苗率也最高;高油605陈种的发芽最差;浙油50适宜晚直播。

Three rape varieties, Zheyou 18, Gaoyou 605 and Zheyou 50, were used to investigate the in-fluences of low temperature on seed germination and seedling formation in field. The results showed that under low temperature condition, the germination energy, germination rate, germination index, seedling fresh weight and seedling rate of new seeds of Zheyou 50 were the highest, while the germination index of old seeds of Gaoyou 605 were the lowest. Zheyou 50 was suitable for late and direct seeding.
