摘要
选择山东省内应用范围广、宣传力度大的不同剂型垫料发酵菌剂,采用微生物培养结合分子生物学的方法分离和鉴定其中的好氧发酵菌,并对其进化关系做了初步分析。结果显示:不同来源的发酵菌剂中主要有效菌均为芽孢杆菌属,菌种数量在108个/g以上,其有效菌间遗传进化关系很近,同源性都在99%以上;红糖水培养对发酵菌剂E、F的增殖效果不稳定,培养液中含菌量都不到108个/g,粉剂型含菌量高且稳定、更经济实用。
Using different forms of inoculant preperations, which were widely used and promoted in Shandong Province, the aerobic bacteria were isolated and identified by microorganism cultivation combined with molecular biology method, and their evolutionary relationships were preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that the main effective bacteria from different inoculant preperations all belong to genus Bacillus, with the amount of more than 10^8 per gram. Their genetic evolutionary relationships were closed with the homology of more than 99%. The proliferation effects of inoculant preperation E and F culturing in brown sugar water were unstable with the amount of less than 10^8 per gram. The amount of bacteria was high and stable in powder inoculant preperations, and they were more economical and practical.
